Studentenwohnheime München - our student homes

Our student homes are located in the university-area in Munich, right in the centre of Schwabing. Schwabing is one of the preferred neighbourhoods to live in for young people. Its central location within Munich, cultural way of living, and nightlife are famous throughout Munich. The transportation links are excellent. You can reach all shops needed in daily life are in just a few steps, and the "Englischer Garten" is just around the corner.

The student homes in Clemensstr. and Emanuelstr. are situated in a central location next to the Hohenzollernplatz. Right in the centre of Schwabing. The transportation links through underground, tram and bus are excellent. It is only a 50 meter walk to the underground line 2 from the Emanualstrasse, it is about 200 meters from the Clemensstrasse.

The Gabelsberger Str. is only about 250 meters away from the TU and the FH of Munich. They are also very close to the underground stop called "Siegelmaier Platz".
