It consist of a back building with really funny made maisonette apartments (ground floor and first floor), as well as 3 apartments per floor in the building. Technically it is up to date. A BUS-System for light, bell, and heater, for example, realizes automatically when the apartment is not used, and regulates the heater independently on energy- saving modus. Cat5 cable gives the possibility of Ethernet and ISDN in every room, and new tiles in the bathroom as well as new renovated rooms let the heart of students beat higher. It is about 200 meter of the Technical University and University of Applied Science away. The apartments are new renovated, and the location is ideal for students. However, due to renovation work you have to consider some noise. In some of the apartments you can live as couples for additional charge of 65 Euro per month. The apartments are large enough- but the open pre- cut part is interesting for couples.

All inclusive!

Sometimes people ask us why our rooms are “so expensive”. The answer is easy:

  • All houses are in the best areas of Munich. Of course a room is cheaper at Hasenbergl or in Pasing than in Schwabing.
  • Our halls of residence are clearly cleaner, and well kept than some other accommodation- if there are problems, you can for example report your complaint in complaint management in the internet. The administration department and caretaker will receive immediately a SMS. A service which brings you advantage.
  • There are no hidden costs. There is no basic fee for electricity for example. When you move in, you will move in a furnished apartment, you will have already phone, electricity, and internet and you do not have to look after these things. And: It does not matter if the room is 10 sqm or 50 sqm large- most of the costs stay the same…For example: Garbage and hot water for shower will not be cheaper, only because the room is smaller. That is why a room/apartment is getting cheaper, the bigger it is.
  • NO deduction of deposit. There are only 2 exceptional cases were we deduct something of deposit. 1) If the room is not cleaned. The amount is mostly not high! And: 2) The renter has used the room in a very bad way that this goes beyond the scope of rationality. Besides that, no deduction of deposit, no provision, nothing. You know beforehand what to expect.
