There are following categories at our student halls of residence available:

Rooms Emanuelstrasse 18:
295 – 375 Euro all inclusive (ca. 10- 15sqm)
Apartments Clemensstrasse 127:
 380 – 480 Euro all inclusive (ca. 15- 25 sqm)
Apartments Clemensstrasse 118: 380 – 430 Euro all inclusive (ca. 15 sqm)
Apartments Gabelsbergerstr. 91: 450 – 700 Euro all inclusive (ca. 22- 38 sqm)

ALL rooms/ apartments are now available with phone connection and internet by (W)LAN.

Add in each case electricity (normal: 10-15 Euro) as well as a once only payment for reservation, renovation, administration etc. of an amount of 150 Euro.
